Some Tips for Good Skin Health

Don't smoke.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS use sunscreen on exposed areas.

Get 7-8 hours of sleep daily.

Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily.

Wear sunglasses to help prevent eye wrinkles and cataracts.

Sleep on your back.

Moisturizer alone helps with fine dry skin wrinkling.

Take a multivitamin with minerals daily. Add to this an antioxidant vitamin with C, E, and selenium.

Have facials to stimulate blood flow to the skin. The blood brings in the nutrients the skin needs and takes away the impurities.

Avoid overdrying your skin with toners and astringents.

Use alphahydroxy acid lotions every day.

Use topical vitamin C and Retin-A products every day.

Apply makeup with a dampened sponge.

Consider chemical peels, collagen, Botox or laser treatments to improve particular areas.

Taking care of your skin
today will ensure good skin
health tomorrow.
